Delicious food for every day: a pate of boiled meat
– 500 g beef fillet;
– 100 g of butter;
– 1 tsp wheat flour;
50 g mild cheese (optional);
– ½ Cup of milk;
Meat wash, remove the film and tendons and boil them in one piece until cooked.
Boiled meat is much softer and more tender, if a few hours before cooking RUB it with mustard powder and then rinse under running water.

The cooled milk sauce connect with shredded meat and remaining softened butter. Season to taste with salt. If desired, add grated cheese and whisk well with a fork. Give pate form meatballs and chill.
Chicken stew: home recipe
– 700 g of chicken fillet;
– 2 heads of onions;
– ¾ Cup meat stock;
– 100 g of butter;
– 100 ml of dry wine;
– 200 g sour cream;
– 1,5 kg of potatoes;
– 1-2 Bay leaves;
– 5-7 peas of black pepper;
– parsley and/or dill.
Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and lightly fry in butter until light Golden brown. Just by eating 300 grams of potatoes per day, you provide your body with a daily intake of carbohydrates, potassium and phosphorus.
Onion peel, cut into rings and also fry. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry on all sides in hot oil. Put the chicken in the crock pot or a saucepan with a thick bottom. On top put the potatoes, and then fried onions. Add salt, black pepper, Bay leaf and fill with meat broth.
A great addition to this dish will be a salad made with fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, radish, cabbage, etc.
Put the roast in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C and simmer for 30 minutes. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes until cooked pour in the wine.
Before serving, pour the prepared hot sour cream and sprinkle finely chopped fresh or dried herbs.
