The most expensive pizza in the world is offered in the homeland of this dish in Italy. It’s called “Luis XIII”, and its cost reaches up to 8300 Euro. This pizza certainly is prepared in the presence of the client, and it includes cheese Buffalo mozzarella, red lobster, three kinds of caviar, lobster and shrimp. In the dish table is not used or even sea salt – is the Australian pink “Murray River”.

It is served at the Oxford hotel “Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons” at the price of 800 Euro per serving. Consisting of salad 50 grams of white Beluga caviar, Cornish crab meat, crayfish, lobster, paretsky young lettuce, olive oil, red pepper, grated truffles, potatoes and asparagus. Spicy salad “Orchid”

This dish is attractive not only because it stands out among the rest on the table, but also very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

Ham or salmon – 250 g (good balyk “Wedding”).
Chicken eggs (3 PCs.).
Pickled cucumber (3 pieces).
Carrot (1 piece).
Potato or rice chips (50 g).
Hard cheese (200 g).
Mayonnaise or thick sour cream sauce (150 g).

Method of preparation:

Boil eggs and peel;

Grate raw carrots. This will be the first layer.

Slightly prisolit layer and cover it with mayonnaise or sauce.

Cucumbers to grate and squeeze. They constitute the second layer, which, like the previous one, lubricated with mayonnaise.
